Mask Requirements
All tenants and invitees are required by Order from the Governor of the State of Nevada to wear masks at all times in all common areas.
Sanitizing
All common areas are cleaned daily and one a week the common areas a cleaned with Disinfection products recommended by the CDC and Health District of Southern Nevada
Closure of Lobby
Out of an abundance of caution, the lobby areas of our Executive Suites are closed and invitees are asked to remain in their vehicles until they are granted access to the building from a tenant
Reduced Conference Room Capacity
The Conference Room Capacity has been reduced by 50%
Video Conferencing
Some of our Conference Room Facilities have the capability to conduct virtual meetings with employees or potential customers.
